Your stack stays yours.

Xano connects to the front ends, identity, and agents you already run, and plays nicely with everything it doesn’t replace.

Couplings

Connect any front end. Or host it here.

Xano is your application’s backend and lifecycle; the front end is yours. Host or connect whatever your team builds with; Xano never asks you to build your front end here.

Web frameworks

React · Next.js · Vue · Angular · Svelte: any framework that can call an API.

  • React
  • Framer
  • Webflow

Mobile

React Native · Flutter · native iOS and Android.

  • Flutter

AI front-end builders

Lovable · Bolt · v0 · Replit: connect the site your agent built to a backend your team can govern.

Or skip the hosting question entirely: host your static front end on Xano. Deploy straight from the CLI, on the same platform that runs your backend.

Every coupling, on the same track

Front ends, identity providers and agents Xano connects to

  1. 01 · Agents

    Any agent, including yours.

Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT connect through the Xano MCP, and so do custom agents your team builds. Every agent works inside your workspace rules: your rules, docs, and skills are standing context, so agents build inside your policy instead of re-prompting and hoping.

  2. 02 · APIs

APIs your stack can consume on day one.

Every endpoint you build ships with autogenerated OpenAPI documentation, consumable by your services, your partners, and your agents alike. Enterprise SSO with GitHub, Google, and Microsoft Entra ID. SAML supported.

  3. 03 · Data

Your data, wherever it already lives.

Query Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake directly, with full connection control. Rules can live in Xano while the systems of record stay exactly where they are.

  4. 04 · Extend

    Extend anything.

Lambdas and middleware let you reach any service with an API (payment providers, messaging, internal systems) from inside governed logic, with the same review gates and audit trail as everything else. Point your agent at any public API’s docs and it builds the connection: the templates on Xano are built exactly this way. And because the request runs inside Xano, you keep the full stack trace: no marketplace connector can say that.

  5. 05 · Pipeline

    Your pipeline stays in charge.

Run Xano from your CI: a full CLI with GitHub and GitLab support and headless test execution. And for the integration that isn’t productized yet: a forward-deployed Xano engineer builds it with you, in-house or through a partner.

Built to befriend

Built to befriend your stack, not replace it.

Your identity provider, your observability tools, your data platforms, your deployment practices: Xano’s job is to give the rules of your business a governed home and connect to everything around it. The stack you’ve standardized on is an asset. It stays.

Questions

Integrating Xano with your stack

Can Xano integrate with my existing frontend?

Yes. Xano is a backend your front end calls over REST APIs, so any framework that can call an API works: React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, Svelte, React Native, Flutter, native iOS and Android, or a site built with Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Replit. Every endpoint ships with autogenerated OpenAPI docs to build against.

Can Xano host my frontend too?

Yes. You can host your static front end on Xano and deploy it straight from the CLI, on the same platform that runs your backend. Static frontend hosting serves your build files (HTML, CSS, JS) with support for modern frameworks and custom domains. Hosting elsewhere works just as well.

Which identity providers does Xano support?

Enterprise SSO works with GitHub, Google and Microsoft Entra ID, and SAML is supported. For the APIs you build, the auth patterns your team approves (API keys, OAuth and JWT, roles and scopes) are set once as workspace rules and applied to every endpoint, whoever or whatever wrote it.

Can Xano connect to my existing database?

Yes. Xano queries Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle and Snowflake directly, with full connection control. Your business rules can live in Xano while the systems of record stay exactly where they are, so you do not have to migrate data to start building on top of it.

Which AI agents can connect to Xano?

Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT connect through the Xano MCP, and so do custom agents your team builds. Coding agents like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor write your backend in TypeScript with the Xano SDK, and the MCP servers you build on Xano work with any client that speaks MCP.
